3. I have disclosed any relevant physical or mental health conditions that might impact the session.

4. I understand that I can stop or pause the session at any time if I feel uncomfortable

4. Consent to Touch

I understand that energy healing may involve light, non-invasive touch or no touch at all. I consent to physical touch as part of the session.

5. Release of Liability

I release Kate Hobbs of Insight with Kate from any and all liability resulting from participation in energy healing sessions.
