15-Minute Introduction

Get to know Kate, her philosophy, practices, and energy healing methodology. All participants can be on camera or off, your choice.

1 Hour of Healing

In this 1-hour healing (approx.), Kate will start the healing by verbally guiding you and incorporating music, allowing your intuition and visions to take center stage.

30-Minute Q&A Discussion

Ask Kate any questions about energy healing and how to keep your vibration high through the holiday season.
